Jacob Len Sanders "Alec" was born on Sunday, Sept 7, 1975 to Johnson and Sherlene Sanders. He took his heavenly flight home on Wed April 21, 2021 at the age of 45.
Growing up he was a kid of many adventures. As he, his brothers and friends rode bikes roaming the dirt roads that Leach, America had to offer trying to find the best swimming spot to only end up at Blue Hole in Rocky Ford. His first 2 high school years were spent at Oaks Mission High School where he excelled in football and made some memories with his big brother Ju-Di on the field. He then attended Sequoyah High School, where he made numerous life-long friends who he graduated with in 1994.
During his lifetime he has lived in many places and met so many people along the way. He worked at a few known places most remember him from the casino life or as a bouncer at the Electric Cowboy. Alec was a true Texas Longhorns fan and made sure everybody knew it. He spent many years waiting for Big Foot to make his way out of the woods, he just knew he was real. He loved music of all genres. He took interest in playing the guitar, bass that is. In his younger days Alec and Andy O'Leary were the next Skid Row. He took up the drums and they set it off.
His best memories come from his 5 kids. He loved them so much. More than they will ever know. You were all on his mind every second of the days. Every accomplishment whether big or small he was proud of you. Strive to succeed in all you do and remember he's always with you every step of the way.
We will miss his humor, his laugh, and especially that clearing of his throat right before he was fixing to talk your head off. One of the best memories most of us will remember is the pictures he sent of the infamous mullet. May he find Heaven's most precious mullet as he arrived. His last days were spent at his big brother Ju-Di-Eg's and also made a point to visit with each sibling before his flight home. To his friends whether new or old had that special place in his heart may you cherish each memory and moment, also cherish your loved ones. Life is filled with unpredictable moments.
Alec joins 1 son in heaven, Trinity Little Elk-Sanders. He leaves 3 sons and 1 daughter. River Len and Javan Ray Sanders of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, Raylan Sanders of Fort Smith, Arkansas, and Kendra Wakolee of Kansas, Oklahoma.
