Lora Tunnell

Grove, Ok. - Lora Emmaline Tunnell, 85, died Wednesday, June 6, 2007 at Betty Ann Nursing Home in Grove, Oklahoma. She was born on October 9, 1921 in Turkey Ford, Oklahoma to Robert L. and Lora E. (Jones) Johnson. Lora was married to Marvin B. Tunnell and he preceded her in death in 2005. She was a lifelong area resident and was a member of the First Christian Church in Miami, Oklahoma. Survivors include her children, Marvin J. Tunnell and his wife, Jackie, Sherry Ann Rollins and her husband, Jim, and John L. Tunnell and his wife, Lawrie; eight grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 9, 2007 at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel in Grove. Burial will follow at Buzzard Cemetery. Family visitation will be held on Friday from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
