Nancy Middleton

Luginbuel Funeral Home, Vinita, Oklahoma (918) 256-5555....Nancy Jane Middleton passed away Sunday, November 18, 2018 at the Clarehouse in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born August 14, 1945 in Lincoln, Nebraska to Warren H. and Norma Maxine (Wyatt) Hendershot. She was a graduate of Central High School, class of 63, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. On August 17, 1963 she married the love of her life and high school sweetheart, Ronald Joe Middleton, in Tulsa. She worked as a secretary and personal aide for a Tulsa family for many years until she and Ron moved to the Grand Lake home where they retired. Nancy was a member of the Grand Lake Christian Church and the Tulsa Master Gardeners Club. She enjoyed knitting and loved caring for the beautiful flower and butterfly gardens she had at her home. She and Ron traveled all over the world and enjoyed the sights, food, and friends they met. Nancy was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and held a special place in her heart for all her family. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Preceding Nancy in death are her parents, Warren and Norma Hendershot. Survivors include her husband Ron Middleton of the home; children Joey Middleton of Coweta, Oklahoma, Shari McIntosh of Huston, Texas; grandchildren Danielle Silverstone and husband Robert, Lachlan McIntosh and wife Kelsey, Kourtney Middleton, Hunter McIntosh; great-grandchildren Tyler Silverstone, Averi Silverstone; siblings Lynne Wright and husband Jim of Tulsa, Sidney Hendershot of Collinsville; many other relatives and a host of friends.
Memorial services for Nancy Middleton will be held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 27, 2018, at the South Grand Lake Christian Church, Ketchum, Oklahoma with pastors Gina and Chuck Jackson officiating.
