She met her husband Vincent Elliott at a homecoming at NSU and they were married June 14, 1950 and made their home in Vinita. He had just started his business Elliott Truck Line. She was a member of ESA sorority, won some trophies playing golf, was a campfire leader, attended some Inaugural Balls and above all loved her family. Necia is survived by her daughter Jan and husband Bo Lovelace; her grandchildren, Todd Fimple and wife Rebecca, Holly Fimple, Trina Fowler and husband Bryon; great grandchildren, Jared Fimple, Nathan Fimple, Kelcee Fimple, Axyl Langford, and Colton Fowler; sister Micki Weeks of Grove, as well as many nieces and nephews.
