Shirley Dye

Shirley Maureen Dye, 89 year old resident of Kansas, Oklahoma, passed away on January 3, 2021 at the Quail Ridge Living Center in Colcord, Oklahoma.

Shirley was born on October 19, 1931 in Nashville, Kansas.  She was the daughter of Max A. Frederick Schindler and Hilda C. (Lampe) Schindler.  She was united in marriage to Donald D. Dye in 1950.  Shirley worked for 35 years as a college house director.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her son Tom Dye and wife Devon of Kansas, Oklahoma, son Max Dye of Kingman, Kansas, five grandchildren David Dye, Laura Dye, Holly Dye, Max David Dye, and step grandson Casey Adkins, two great grandchildren: Colin Dye and Emmie Dye. She is also survived by her sister Jeanette Allison of Pratt, Kansas and two nephews Mike Allison and Todd Allison.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay, Oklahoma.
